The service supports people transitioning from inpatient care or experiencing repeated relapses, offering structured, therapeutic environments designed for stability and recovery. Care is delivered by a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, guided by strong clinical governance and clear pathways. Bancroft focuses on safety, dignity and progress, helping individuals build confidence, develop life skills and move toward greater independence in a calm, non-institutional environment.
Ashfield Nursing Home offers skilled dementia and mental health nursing within a warm, caring and continuously improving environment. The nurse-led team provides 24-hour support, working closely with residents, families and healthcare partners to deliver person-centred care.
